At The Swing Source, we take pride in providing high-quality tools to improve your baseball swing. Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products or items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Return Process:
    1. Email us at info@theswingsource.com to initiate the return process, including your order number and reason for the return.
    2. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
    3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., for items that show signs of use or damage not due to our error).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at info@theswingsource.com with details of the defect or damage.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the item was damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
